This agreement sets out the terms of use you must abide by relating to the content featured on www.Trackacat.com.

By choosing to access www.Trackacat.com, any associated sites or any third party sites by way of links from www.Trackacat.com, the user is contractually agreeing to the terms of use set out below. If any user decides to use Trackacat for business purposes the user declares that they agree to these terms of use on behalf of that business. If the user does not agree with any of these terms, does not wish to agree to them or is not authorised to agree to them, the user should not use Trackacat.

These terms of use have been collated exclusively by Trackacat. However, If any of these terms of use are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, Trackacat will not be held responsible for including these herein. If any of these terms of use are found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by UK law then they shall be deleted from Trackacat’s terms of use and should be ignored by account members. Any remaining terms from that section that are valid will remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable by UK law.

About Trackacat
Trackacat is a UK based business with a UK head office address. No matter where in the world the site is accessed, Trackacat will only ever be governed by the laws within the country it is based and will not follow, or face any laws outside the country it is based. Trackacat is aimed at the UK market only.

Registration & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not store any contact details you give us. They are simply used to create an account and differentiate you and your missing pet from other users. However, we may add your email address to our newsletter database unless you opt out in your account menu.

WE WILL NEVER PASS, SELL, EXCHANGE OR LOSE YOUR DETAILS.
In any circumstance where Trackacat requires the user to disclose personal information, the user must make sure all display and contact information is accurate and up to date.

Passwords
The user shall not disclose the password they have chosen to any other person and will make sure the password remains personal to them at all times.

If any suspicion whatsoever arises with the user that a third party may know or have a clue as to your password, the user should login and change their password without delay. It is down to the user to keep their account secure and Trackacat will not be responsible for any unauthorised logins.

Use of www.Trackacat.com
All content within www.Trackacat.com is solely owned by the business, Trackacat. All services provided to Trackacat’s users are intended for personal use only. Under this agreement the user shall confirm they shall not copy, distribute, sell, plagiarise, amend or modify, merge or incorporate any content, including, but not limited to these terms of use.

All users agree they shall not remove or duplicate any logo, symbols, labels, watermarks, signatures, images or anything else connected to or linked to the content or services with www.Trackacat.com. There should be nothing for sale on www.Trackacat.com. The following items, but without limit, may not be advertised on this site: Prescriptions, Medicine, Cigarettes, SIM Cards, DVDs or any items for which is it illegal to buy or sell in the UK.

As Trackacat is a UK based company only written English is permitted on www.Trackacat.com.

Services and Fees
Trackacat reserves the right to raise or lower any fees it charges. ‘Paid for’ services which include but are not limited to, the fee to list a missing pet and the fee to obtain a found pets details are one off payments and should not be viewed as subscription fees. The one time authorisation will allow us to debit the said fee for that-one-time-only. The user shall agree to pay the said fee at the rate in force at that time when we debit your account.

Any user registering with Trackacat and providing contact and payment information on www.Trackacat.com should make sure the information given is accurate and up to date. Any user wishing to pay the a fee can do so by way of credit or debit card or by PayPal. The user will incur no additional charges whatever method the user choses to pay by. By entering any credit or debit card details to www.Trackacat.com the user guarantees that the details are theirs and they are allowed to do so. If a user enters card details from a third party the user guarantees that they have permission from the owner of those details to use them on
www.Trackacat.com.

In the unlikely event a payment is declined, for suspicious activity or any other reason, Trackacat reserves the right to suspend the users account and
remove any listing from the Trackacat search results. In this situation an investigation will be carried out by Trackacat and if deemed by us to be purposely fraudulent, your account will be terminated and you may be reported to the relevant authorities. If the authorisation was cancelled by the user after confirmation was given, again Trackacat reserves the right to suspend the users account and remove any listing from the Trackacat search results.

Trackacat will make every attempt to process the users request to list any pet on www.Trackacat.com as soon as is humanly possible, but makes no promises with regard to time. If a user chooses to list their pet on www.Trackacat.com, after the fee is paid, there will be no refund under any circumstances. The user has no right of cancellation and no ‘cooling off period’ as once the payment is debited the user benefits from the service immediately. This does not affect any users statutory rights.

Liability
Any user registered with Trackacat agrees entirely that the use of www.Trackacat.com is at the users own risk. Trackacat nor the site owners, investors or affiliates or any party involved or consulted in the making of www.Trackacat.com are liable directly or indirectly, from any access to, or use of, or inability to use, www.Trackacat.com no matter what situation the user may find themselves in. This includes, but not limited to, the misunderstanding of content on www.Trackacat.com, the misunderstanding of how to use or what Trackacat will do for you once your fee is paid, any financial loss you may incur, any emotional heartache you may endure or anything else that could be considered Trackacat’s fault.

The user expressly agrees that the downloading of any material from www.Trackacat.com is at the users own risk. While Trackacat will use all possible efforts to include accurate and up to date information on www.Trackacat.com, Trackacat makes no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy of the content. All registered Trackacat users must make their own decision as to whether or not they should trust the information, contact details, images or anything else contained within www.Trackacat.com. Trackacat is not responsible for any errors, or for the results obtained from the use of information provided.

Trackacat reserves the right to modify any information displayed on www.Trackacat.com but Trackacat does not make any commitment or guarantee to update the information displayed. Trackacat its owners or affiliates will not be liable for any site failure or termination of access to the site or any content arising from an ‘Act of God’. An ‘Act of God’ event includes, but isn't limited to, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, cyber crime, DoS attacks or industrial action affecting us.

There may be links to third party sites on www.Trackacat.com. Trackacat declares that these sites are no way approved, checked or endorsed by Trackacat and the user agrees that Trackacat shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the content or products available from any of these sites.

Finally, any decisions made by Trackacat, its owners or its administrators are FINAL.
